½ Banana (I use frozen pieces if I don’t have any fresh on hand)
1 tsp Cacao Powder (Cocoa will do, but Cacao is less processed)
1/3 C Blueberries Frozen
1 scoop (about 1 heaped Tbsp.) Whey Protein Powder (Zero Carb or Low Carb)
2 tsp Chia Seed (Health Food Shop)
Water
Can add other fruits too, e.g. Strawberries or Mango.
Optional extras: Superfoods
1 tsp Maca Powder (Health Food Shop)
2 tsp Vital Greens (Health Food Shop)
1 tsp Lecithin granules
1 tsp Bee Pollen
1 dsp Flaxseed Oil (Melrose brand)
