Alkaline Porridge
Ingredients
Quinoa flakes
Amaranth flakes
Millet puffed
Make up a Big Jar:
Fill a large jar with about 1/3 of each of the grains and muddle together.
To Make Porridge.

I usually make mine in the microwave to be quicker but feel free to make on the stove top if you want.

A scoop (1/2 Cup) of the Porridge mixture into a large bowl.

Add water to cover.

Optional Add Ins

Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

Chia seeds 1 tsp

Lecithin granules 1 tsp

Sultana's, handful (1 - 2 tablespoons)

Microwave for 2 minutes, or cook on the stove as usual.

Add Almond Milk (Soy or Coconut Milk ok too).
Quick and easy. Enjoy.
