Alkaline Porridge


Quinoa flakes

Amaranth flakes

Millet puffed

Make up a Big Jar:

Fill a large jar with about 1/3 of each of the grains and muddle together.

To Make Porridge.

  • ​I usually make mine in the microwave to be quicker but feel free to make on the stove top if you want.

  • A scoop (1/2 Cup) of the Porridge mixture into a large bowl.

  • Add water to cover.

  • Optional Add Ins

  • Cinnamon 1/2 tsp

  • Chia seeds 1 tsp

  • Lecithin granules 1 tsp

  • Sultana's, handful (1 - 2 tablespoons)

  • Microwave for 2 minutes, or cook on the stove as usual.

  • Add Almond Milk (Soy or Coconut Milk ok too).

Quick and easy.  Enjoy.
